Circa is a seafood and rosé-centric restaurant + bar, where flavours are inspired by the cuisine and experiences of Japan & South East Asia. In some instances classic dishes are revisited and in others, new flavours are born.

Situated amongst the shimmering streets of Double Bay, Circa is an idyllic setting for food and beverage experiences, providing something for everyone in seamless transitions from daytime to evening, nightlife and events. With its signature rosé list, open seafood bar and street-side setting, Circa invites the outside in as it blends aquatic delights with Asian influences in a progressive, shareable style of service. 

With a focus on fresh, local and sustainable ingredients, it cultivates a menu mix of classics like the lobster roll, Moreton Bay Bug spring roll and snow crab pasta, whilst incorporating playful renditions in “The Eight Ball” chocolate ganache and the “Bonsia” bavarois.

Weekend Brunch Club

Every Saturday & Sunday from 11.30am Circa is serving up a free-flowing Brunch Club soirée offering a specially curated menu of tweaked classics and Circa signature dishes.

Reservations and walk-ins are available for a la carte diners.
